Shooting and post-processing are included in all packages, including exposure optimisation and perspective correction. You receive the agreed series fully edited, as high-resolution JPEG files. Films include editing, colour grading and music from the standard selection. Packages with drone or 3D tour need a few days' notice so that the equipment is ready – best mention them straight away in your enquiry.

FAQ
How quickly will I receive the images?
Images usually within a few days, films depending on the scope within a few days to about a week. Prioritised editing is possible on request.
How do I prepare the property?
Tidy rooms, few personal items in the picture, prepared windows and a clear outdoor area are enough. I will discuss everything else with you before the appointment.
Is drone footage possible everywhere?
Not everywhere. The location, the weather and the legal possibilities for flying decide. That is why drone footage needs advance notice – a few days are usually enough for the equipment to be ready and the possibility to fly to be clarified.
Can I combine services?
Yes. If several services are booked for the same property, the total price is adjusted accordingly. Individual terms are possible for recurring assignments.
In which regions do you photograph properties?
From Schöftland throughout Aargau and in the neighbouring cantons of Solothurn, Lucerne, Zug and Zurich. Properties in the rest of German-speaking Switzerland by arrangement.
What does travel cost?
The whole journey is counted, there and back: the first 50 km are included – i.e. up to 25 km from Schöftland – after that CHF 0.70 per kilometre driven. Travel costs are stated before the order is placed; the price calculator includes them for your location.
How does payment work?
50 % on order confirmation, 50 % on completion – before or in line with the agreed handover of the final files.
Additional external costs, for example for special music licences or rented equipment, only arise at your request and only after your approval.
